March 2024: Kettle Falls Historical Center, HBC Ft Colvile, Indian Agency Cabin, NeWGS, Stevens County Historical Society, Deer Park/Clayton, Research.
April 2024: Long description of Bicentennial preparations, improvements at the Indian Agency Cabin, Kettle Falls City records at Cheney, help needed at Evergreen Cemetery, finishing touches on Gallo House, Clayton stag mosaic, Grange convention in June.
May 2024: Visit by Jeremy Rogers of Big Horn Media; gravel delivered to the Indian Agency Cabin; visitor numbers are up; NewGS seminar September 21st will have a THN table; Northport Museum is 85% done and has a $30,000 budget to work with.
June 2024: KFHC getting new carpet and new doors but still not ready to open; Arts Washington scavenger hunt at SCHS; gravel has been flattened out; 12 classes scheduled for NewGS September seminar; Northport Museum/Visitor Center getting drywall upstairs and a new door; new Leno Prestini from Clayton and Eagle Cover is under construction.
July 2024: There is a lot going on and several addedumns were added to the minutes after the meeting. Grist millstones will remain inside the KFHC. The Colvile Confederated Tribes will help guide presentations for the HBC Fort Colvile Bicentennial. Inchelium Cultural Resource Center is 1 year old. The Indian Agency Cabin now has electrical service. NeWGS is asking potential participants in it;s September 21st Seminar. The cover for the Clayton Eagle is under construction.
August 2024: Move to make a model of the Columbia Boat. Salish language class at the Indian Agency Cabin on Sept 26th. Kettle Falls Council minutes digitized. Newspapers given to Stevens County Historical Society. Work getting done on Northport Welcome Center. The eagle cover at Clayton is done.
September 2024: Lightly attended meeting. Columbia Boat taken up by HIgh School; Indian Agency Cabin program Sept 26th; Kettle Falls Council Minutes now in Cheney; Clayton terracotta new items.
October 2024: Event Sept 26th at Indian Agency Cabin, Kettle Falls City Council minutes done, ordinances are next, NeWGS annual meeting a big success. SCHS getting ready for Christmas. Work ongoing at the Northport Visitor Center. Deet Park Mail carrier also delivered moonshine.
November was the last meeting of the year. The same slate of officers was re-elected. Kettle Falls Historic Center scheduled to open in May. Joe is hoping to give his Fort Colvile presentation to the tribes to spur planning. The sign at the Indian Agency is partially complete. Sue is finished with City of Kettle Falls minutes, now working on ordinances. NeWGS is still working on Rich Heritage. The Lookout Book is for sale from SCHS. Clayton/Deer Park has 1928 and 1936 phone books and a new sign for the eagle. 
We read obituaries for Lynne Wells, Jackie Franks and Lethene Parks. The Indiana Agency Cabin is being curated. Clayton has 1928 and 1934 phone books. Inchelium CRC getting some funding. SCHS recovering from small flood.
Meeting at Clayton-Deer Park Museum. The KFHC will open on May 17th. ICRC getting grants. Harry and Betty Duber made a huge painting for Clayton/DeerPark.
Meeting at the Inchelium Cultural Research Center. Chris Shaffer will be scanning documents there. KFHC Grand Opening May17th along with NW Fur Trade Historians Encampment.
Money provisionally approved to digitized microfiche from the Chewelah Independent. KFHC now open. Indian Agency Cabin has a sign. Good coverage of the HBC Bicentennial in the Inlander.
Ferry County Joins THN. New mural at SCHS. Washington State Historical Society joins THN. Brickyard Days.
Mural is revealed t the Stevens County Historical Museum. New events coming at the end of the visitor season.

First Quorum. Officers were approved as they stand. School District research, Indian Agency Cabin steps, Brick Lime and Moonshine, Chewelah Independent digitization, David Douglas Award and WA St Hist Society conference in Spokane.

Webley Lumber is donating flooring to Northport. Ron Endlich is writing about the Clayton Brick Yard. SCHS is able to digitize microfilm now. Chewelah Independent news is being digitized. New maps being made for the Chewelah Library. U of I is doing research on the age of the schoolhouse log building.
New lanterns and other items in the Indian Agency Cabin. NeWGS seminar September 19th will include instructions on research and a free lunch. SCHS has a new castle. Clayton/Deer Park Veterans memorial is moving. The eagle is a site for memorial services.
Lots of little changes are happening in SCHS, Indian Agency Cabin, research, and NeWGS, Effort is started on the Video and Audio tapes.
NeWGS will be at the Fair. HPHS Welcome Center is being repainted. Inchelium Cultural REsearch Center visited and toured the historic sites on Sheep Creek. Clayton Uranium Coman stock cerificate shown. Robert Whayley walking to Washington DC. Voices of the Past is looking to YouTube. Richard Wilner is printing copies of Fish Fur God and Gold.
